Still on the hunt...

I realised last night I needed to update my ad for a new housemate so am now waiting for the photos to be accepted and the ad to be activated. Hopefully I will get someone before Christmas!
Niki has finally organised her rental payments having discovered she was paying it into her best friend's account by mistake. She was a little embarrassed, but is all good now and I am now on the hunt seriously for a young man for the third room.
Amazing Dick at ninety!

Cats are all the rage these dayswe all need someone to pet!

Anita in form this morning...my regular coffee mate is always optimistic and ready for a chat.

An excellent way to keep the spine limber!but hard
work!

Later today it is time to chat with Niki about her Christmas plans. She has ideas for a lunch and I am not sure if it will be right for me or not. I may go to Beth's if invited, as as I probably will be, then dinner at Tom's as last year. Perhaps it is all just a little too much, I really prefer a book to read!

My friendly bus driverTrevor, and his Christmas tree...

Just out of thismovie at the Cuba Lighthouse. Sorrentino, director of La Grande Bellezza, tries a bit too hard and in spite of some good performances from Michael Caine (although never an orchestra conductor!) and the great Harvey Keitel, it doesn't manage to engage. I even fell asleep for a while at a six o'clock session. Jane Fonda does a nice cameo showing her real age, but the story is not a big one and bobs around without a real centre.
Even Queen Elizabeth appears in full regalia...Italy is still in awe of Royalty it seems! Two stars I'm afraid.
