Today Tom was waiting at the Memphis and he and M had a lively chat resulting in them going on an Art Gallery Spree. Malcolm returned with a grin like a Cheshire cat, having discovered the ceramicist Robert Rapson on sale at low prices and he quickly snapped up the Queen Mary. Rapson is a specialist in creating miniatures ocean liners and he is now becoming famous but still on the way up. I had already told M about his documentary movie but there was no link made. Still Malcolm was in love. And with Gloria's blessing, (she had arrived after Tom left) M decided after all he could do some more Opp shops at New Town, my original suggestion btw, but Malcolm likes to feel he takes the initiative, not anyone else.

First Mickael, a Frenchman from Toukouse arrived, very lookalike of Laurent Jean who has just departed. Mickael was charming and intelligent and he adores Wellington and will cone on Saturday to see the room. He is a distinct possibility as he is woprki g shift work and will be good there, but the room may well be too small for him. Who knows!
Then on to the city Library café to meet with Ken, a Japanese Kiwi who works there. He was also lovely but may well be in the house all day as he is a contract worker on the net. He will look also at room on Saturday.
In the meantime another Frenchman, Tanguy, has texted me and is only able to come today, so I quickly vacuum the room to make it presentable. He is here in a minute.
