Catching up with Cherel

I have been waiting two weeks to see this lovely woman who has been significant in my earlier life here on the coast. Cherel recently returned from yet another trip ro China pursuing her Qi Gong dream, isan amazing person. Mum, grand-mum, reflexologist, now Qi Gong teacher and practitioner, she embodies all of what I see as a fulfilling life of love and service.

We exchange stories and discover we are only five minutes from each other as I had suspected, so later today we will go to a movie at Ettalong with her New Yorker friend with whom she has kindled a good friendship.

So life is always interesting when you have good friends who love you and who spread their love to others at the same time. Cherel is certainly one of these special people whom I value fully.

The movie at Ettalong was Tim Burton's latest and certainly he stretches the imagination with his creativity and time travellng. It was great for both kids and adults called 'Miss Peregrine's School for Peculiar  Children' and it was a romp with great scenes as vastly different as Blackpool UK and Florida USA, and with today's photo trickery and digital animation you are always surprised but then, that's Burton, in his dreams. A very good movie for those who like his style.
